Eating habits, fast food etc..

I have always been a foodie, and I have a real guilty pleasure with various sorts of fast food like burgers, fries, fried chicken, pizza and so on, and with that milkshakes, muffins, pastries, donuts, ice cream and so on.

But, I feel sort of guilty eating this because I know it is not supposed to be exactly healthy.

My health is fine and I have no issues at all.

Anyone else feeling a bit like this when eating things that are supposedly not good for you?
